To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eynvision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
6.3 Maximum Liability
In no event shall Eynvision's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim giving rise to such liability.

7.1 Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eynvision, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Services.
